Tummy Tox

Make sure you have a 32 oz glass jars with lid.

Step 1: Add two FLAT tablespoons of Tummy Tea Tox into herb infuser or directly into a 32 oz jar. 

Step 2:  Bring 32 oz of natural spring water to a boil.

Step 3: Pour 32 oz of water into each jar and seal the lid.

Step 4: Allow the herbs to infuse a minimum of 6 hours.

Step 5: Begin drinking the herbal infusion, when you awake.

Ingredients: Cascara Sagrada, Senna leaf, Rhubarb root, Slippery Elm, Dandelion, Sage, and Marshmallow root.
