Himalayan Sea Salt Breathing Treatment

Breathing Treatment Instructions: Place a spoonful of sea salt into a pot of boiling water add lemons, limes or oranges any citrus of your choice. Next place a towel over your head and place your face over the pot as it steams. Breathe in the steam. Repeat 3-4 times as needed.
